The plants we have for sale are listed under A. trilobata but they could possibly be Aristolochia macroura. The flowers and leaves of both species are very similar.Â
Aristolochia trilobata has both beautiful glossy leaves and incredibly weird flowers. Like a Strophanthus, it has long streamers from the flowers that can get over a foot long. Its Nepenthes like blooms distinguish it from other Aristolochias such as elegans, gigantea, brasiliensis and ringens.
